Nigel brings over 37 years of legal expertise, with a distinguished career dedicated to the business of law. Since 1987, he has excelled as a Litigation Lawyer, handling complex legal challenges with precision and delivering outstanding results for his clients. Nigel’s deep expertise spans business growth, corporate governance, and strategic planning, complemented by extensive international experience in global business development.
Mark Hassett
Mark is an independent adviser specialising in family offices, the ultra-high-net-worth client segment, and financial institutions.
As the former Managing Director at EFG Private Bank, Mark led initiatives to address the diverse private banking needs of internationally mobile corporate executives and positioned EFG as the preferred banking platform for the Channel Islands and offshore consultancy markets.
At RBC Wealth Management, London, Mark served as Managing Director and Head of the Executive Segment. He was a key member of the British Isles RBC Executive Committee, driving strategy and performance in the firm’s top-performing client segment, while overseeing governance for non-standard risk client acquisitions. Mark also played a pivotal role in reshaping the firm’s segmentation approach to prioritise client-centric solutions.
Nichola Reece-Burton
Nichola is a Partner and Head of Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Real Property at James Berry & Associates Dubai. Called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2004 and admitted to the Legal Affairs Department of Dubai in 2012, Nichola has built an impressive career spanning litigation, real property, and dispute resolution.
She has extensive experience in handling commercial and residential disputes, as well as advising on criminal, regulatory, and negligence matters for both individual and corporate clients.
An engaged member of global professional networks, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, ThoughtLeaders4 – FIRE and Disputes, and Mackrell International Legal Network, Nichola is well-connected and highly regarded in the field.
